tinerant Resources will partner with a gold exploration/production company. The real interest in the Montezuma licence lies not in what has been done but what has not been done. It seems that systematic exploration has hardly begun with over 1,000 ha unexplored. Itinerant Resources _ Gold and Mineral Explorer focused on Zimbabwe

A small rock geochemical sampling programme

A small rock geochemical sampling programme was completed on the Montezuma licence led by a senior consulting geologist based in Bulawayo. Fieldwork methodology and guidelines were prepared by the Company’s retained consultant based in Ireland. Sample sites were chosen using historical historical exploration data sources generated by past exploration of the licence comprising gold analytical results for overburden and bedrock vein occurrences. Newly identified vein, artisanal mining pits and worked vein occurrences were produced from a structural interpretation of GeoEye imagery. The associated digitised geological and artisanal features were provided by Murphy Geological Services to aid sample location positioning. A small number of sites in banded iron formation terrain was chosen by the field geologist with the remainder selected by Murphy Geological Services and our retained consultant.

All samples were analysed at Activation Laboratories, Canada. A total of 66 analytes were determined in the samples. The highest gold assay was 23.1 g/t analysed by fire assay. It contained 3.29 ppm of silver. The sample came from a quartz vein. The second highest gold concentration of 3.46 g/t was reported in a sample of banded iron formation. The programme was carried out to international reporting standards.

The results from this programme are very encouraging and greatly assist planning near term exploration development activity.
